BIG PEURISE AWE

A peurise awe, Aceh, a rare large type, late 1800's.

Diameter: 43 cm.

The buckler is made of rattan, and has seven brass stars (6 small ones and a larger one in the center.

The shield has an old patina, and has signs of wear.
