TOLOR (Ex-Stromberg)

A very nice and complete Tolor, late 1800's.

These tubes were carried by dayaks to transport the arrows of their sumpitan (blowgun), poison and its concerning garniture.

This tolor is complete, containing a big piece of skin / hide, formed to serve as a bigger bag for storaging three smaller bags (also from skin), which contains arrows and (pith) tool.

It has an overall glossy patina on the wooden decorated clip, and also on the bamboo tube.
