RENCONG

Very old (possibly from around 1850) rencong in unrestored condition!

With Aceh and Gayo features a very rare and interesting dagger.

Wonderfull glossy patina all over.

Handle: hippo ivory, two brass crowns (9,5 cm)

Scabbard: wood, 10 silver bands, missing mouthpiece (29 cm)

Total length: 43 cm
