An untouched and not restored mandau from the east/central part of Borneo, 19th century.
Total length: 62 cm
Hilt:
Antler facegrip / richly decorated / fiber handle / horn ring / human tufts of hair.
Scabbard:
Wooden scabbard / bark partly covered in red cloth sideknife scabbard /old beads / fiber belt.
Blade:
Plain blade / concave and convex / 44,5 cm long / 7 mm thick at the base.
