A rare peurawot, N-Sumatran, Aceh, 19th century

Total length: 32 cm

Handle:

Black coral - Akar Bahar / Suassa sleeve with some breakoffs / with old museum- or collection number on the handle / Length: 12,5 cm / Diameter of the coral about 2 cm average.

Scabbard:

Wooden scabbard / Same old museum- or collection number as on the handle / Length: 20,5 cm).

Blade:

Sturdy thick blade / 15 cm long / Spine is 7mm thick at the base.
