BLUNDERBUSS

Blunderbuss, Borneo or Aceh, around the 1850's.

Beautifull blunderbuss in uncleaned condition.

The only thing we had cleaned was the upperside of the barrel, to reveal the native forged twisted metal and silver inlay (at arrival the barrel was totally black and dark of oxidation and age, not revealing the native forgings and silver inlay).

Length: 95 cm.

Condition: The brass piece around the trigger is gone, and the butt and lock (Tower) are wobbly due to heavy impact during battle in the past.

Additional info:

Inspite of the wobbly condition a highly collectable item with this beautifull inlaid native forged barrel. Therefore a very low price for this beautifull piece of history.
