A badek, Buginese,  19th century.

Total length: 29 cm

Hilt:

Ivory hilt / Golden 14-18 carat ferrule (tested by a silver- and goldsmith) / Length: 9 cm / Diameter: 3 cm.

Scabbard:

Wood / Silver band (two missing) /  Length: 23,5 cm.

Blade:

With traces of gold / 19,5 cm long.
