GAYO KERIS ivory/silver/suassa

Gayo keris, 19th century, ex-Dutch collection.

Total length: 40 cm.

Hilt:

Ivory jawa demam hilt with five stars in the Bungkul  /  Wonderfull glossy patina / Some old age cracks / Gilded selut / 8 cm long (selut and hilt).

Blade:

Sturdy laminated keris blade.

Sheath:

Beautifull dress with pendok of embossed silver and suassa craft / Buntut divided in sections of silver and suassa.

Provenance:

From a Dutch collection.

Condition:

As seen on photos, Very good and highly adorable keris.
