A rare to find facegrip mandau, Kutai area (East-Borneo), dated between 1850-1880.

Hilt:
Antler hilt with carved facegrip / Rattan braided winding / Restored resin ring.
Scabbard:
Wooden scabbard with restored bone pieces / Rattan stick along the scabbard (oldest types) / Rattan belt in perfect condition / Bark sideknifescabbard complete with beautifully carved sideknife.
Blade:
Old plain forged blade / concave and convex / 50 cm long / 8 mm thick at the base.
