KERIS ACEH

Rare keris from Aceh, 19th century.

Total length: 48 cm.

Hilt:

Wooden Jawa demam hilt with some age cracks and one tiny chip. Beautiful glossy patina from use. Brass uncleaned cup.

Blade:

Very attractive forged blade with strong lines and many luks.

Sheath:

Wooden wrangka with a small repair at the base, and silver buntut at the bottom with typical Aceh motifs.

Condition:

Very good condition and rare to find keris.
