GAYO KERIS ivory/silver/suassa

Extremely rare Gayo keris, 19th century.

Total length: 41,5 cm.

Hilt:

Ivory hilt with very old glossy patina / Silver cup / 10 cm long (cup and hilt).

Blade:

Sturdy old keris blade.

Sheath:

Dark horn wranka / Silver and suassa craft pendok / Buntut divided in sections of silver and suassa, which is typicall for the Gayo area.

Provenance:

Old private Dutch private collection.

Condition:

As seen on photos, Very good and highly adorable keris.
