Hilt:

Pentagonal keumuning wooden hilt in very good condition.

 

 

Blade:

Perfect fit in the scabbard / Sturdy blade / Shows laminations.

 

 

Sheath:

Wooden (keumuning) scabbard with large dark horn "hook" at the back (to hitch the wedung onto the belt).

This hook is attached with three brass bands.

The wedung is carried in the kraton (palace) as a symbol of servitude to the sultan and personal decoration.
