Impressive mandau, with spectacular carved asymmetrical hilt, 19th century (without scabbard).
Hilt:
Antler hilt with glossy yellow colour because of use.
Dark brown patina from above.
Spectacular assymetrical carving.
Adorned with goat hair.
The braided rattan at the hilt is in perfect condition with no losses.
The damar (resin) ring is partly present.
Blade:
Thick sturdy blade, convex and concave forged, with a decorated "X" at the start of the slope.
