Hilt:
Ivory pomegranate shaped hilt, with suassa crown / ferrule typicall Gayo style.
The Ivory is damaged through age, handling and rodents.
The suassa crown is all intact, and only a small part of the suassa is missing at the ferrule .
Hilt Measurements (Ivory & suassa): 8.0 cm long , 3.5 cm at the widest and 3 cm thick.
Sheath:
Scabbard covered with silver, and decorated at the tip and entrance.
Mouthpiece is missing.
Sheath Measurements:
length 29.5 cm,
width 25 mm at the entrance and 15 mm at the tip,
thick 18 mm at the entrance and 14 mm at the tip.
Blade:
Sturdy and thick uncleaned blade, some pitting at the base.
